January Recap

In the month of January, students learned about their bodies and what it means to be healthy. We read about being healthy and the things that our body needs to be our healthiest selves. In pretend play, we had a doctors office where students worked to identify body parts and a home set up where they sorted healthy and unhealthy foods. In math we continued to work on counting, as well as composing and decomposing numbers. We had so much fun in specials and enjoyed making winter crafts on the days we did not have specials.  Everyone is doing so great engaging with peers in our class and with less familiar peers on the playground. It has been so amazing to see everyone continue to grow in their social and turn taking skills this month! We are so excited to continue learning and growing as a class in the month of February!
